【摘要】:ThispartofISO10845setsoutstandardconditionsoftenderwhicha)bindtheemployerandtenderertobehaveinaparticularmanner,b)establishwhatatendererisrequiredtodoinordertosubmitacomplianttender,c)makeknowntheevaluationcriteriatotenderers,andd)establishthemannerinwhichtheemployerconductstheprocessofofferandacceptanceandprovidethenecessaryfeedbacktotenderersontheoutcomesoftheprocess.ThispartofISO10845isintendedforuseinprocurementsrelatingtogoods,servicesandconstructionworksanddisposalsotherthanbyauction.NOTE1AnnexAcontainscommentaryontheclausesinthispartofISO10845.AnnexBprovidesguidanceonhowtodevelopthetenderdataforaprocurementdocumentusingthispartofISO10845.NOTE2ISO10845-2establishesthemannerinwhichprocurementdocumentsshouldbeformattedandcompiled.ThestandardconditionscontainedinthispartofISO10845maybyreferencebeincorporatedinprocurementdocumentsformattedandcompiledinaccordancewiththeprovisionsofISO10845-2.
