【摘要】:ThisEuropeanStandard.appliedtogetherwithEN1553:1999,specifiesthesafetyrequirementsandtheirverificationforthedesignandconstructionofmounted,semi-mounted,trailedorself-propelledfertilizerdistributorsforsolidfertilizerapplication,i.e.fullwidthsolidfertilizerdistributors,solidfertilizerbroadcasters,distributorswithoscitlatin9tubeandline-distributorsaswellassolidfertilizerdistributorsdrivenbyanauxiliaryenginetobeusedbyoneoperatoronly,usedinagriculture,horticultureandinforestry.Inaddition,thisEuropeanStandardspecifiesthetypeofinformationonsafeworkingpractices(includingresidualrisks)tobeprovidedbythemanufacturer.WhenrequirementsofthisEuropeanStandardaredifferentfromthosewhicharestatedinEN1553:1999therequirementsofthisEuropeanStandardtakeprecedenceovertherequirementsofEN1553:1999formachinesthathavebeendesignedandbuiltaccordingtotheprovisionsofthisEuropeanStandard.Itdoesnotapplyto:combinedseedandfertilizerdrills;--machinesfordistributinggranulatedpesticides;pedestriancontrolleddistributors;knapsackdistributors.ThisEuropeanStandarddealswithallthesignificanthazards,hazardoussituationsandeventsrelevanttosolidfertilizerdistributors,whentheyareusedasintendedandundertheconditionsforeseenbythemanufacturer(seeClause4),exceptingthehazardsarisingfrom:--inadequatelightingofmoving/workingarea;--inadequatevisibilityfromdrivers/operatorsposition;--inadequateseating;--travellingfunctions(drive,brakingetc.);--rollingover;--equipmentforloadingfertilizerintothemachine;--anauxiliaryengine.Itisnotapplicabletoelectromagneticcompatibility(EMC)nortoenvironmentalhazards(exceptnoise).TheseaspectsarecoveredbyEN13739-1:2003,EN13739-2:2003,EN13740-1:2003andEN13740-2:2003.ThisEuropeanStandardisnotapplicabletosolidfertilizerdistributorswhicharemanufacturedbeforethedateofitspublicationasEN.

【摘要】:Petrographicexaminationsaremadeforthefollowingpurposes:Todeterminethephysicalandchemicalcharacteristicsofthematerialthatmaybeobservedbypetrographicmethodsandthathaveabearingontheperformanceofthematerialinitsintendeduse.Todescribeandclassifytheconstituentsofthesample,Todeterminetherelativeamountsoftheconstituentsofthesamplethatareessentialforproperevaluationofthesamplewhentheconstituentsdiffersignificantlyinpropertiesthathaveabearingontheperformanceofthematerialinitsintendeduse,andTocomparesamplesofaggregatefromnewsourceswithsamplesofaggregatefromoneormoresources,forwhichtestdataorperformancerecordsareavailable.Thisguidemaybeusedbyapetrographeremployeddirectlybythoseforwhomtheexaminationismade.Theemployershouldtellthepetrographer,inasmuchdetailasnecessary,thepurposesandobjectivesoftheexamination,thekindofinformationneeded,andtheextentofexaminationdesired.Pertinentbackgroundinformation,includingresultsofpriortesting,shouldbemadeavailable.Thepetrographer''sadviceandjudgmentshouldbesoughtregardingtheextentoftheexamination.Thisguidemayformthebasisforestablishingarrangementsbetweenapurchaserofconsultingpetrographicserviceandthepetrographer.Insuchacase,thepurchaserandtheconsultantshouldtogetherdeterminethekind,extent,andobjectivesoftheexaminationandanalysestobemade,andshouldrecordtheiragreementinwriting.Theagreementmaystipulatespecificdeterminationstobemade,observationstobereported,fundstobeobligated,oracombinationoftheseorotherconditions.Petrographicexaminationofaggregateconsideredforuseinhydraulic-cementconcreteisoneaspectoftheevaluationofaggregate,butpetrographicexaminationisalsousedformanyotherpurposes.Petrographicexaminationsprovideidentificationoftypesandvarietiesofrockspresentinpotentialaggregates.However,asnotedabove,identificationofeveryrockandmineralpresentinanaggregatesourceisnotrequired.Thepetrographicexaminationshouldestablishwhethertheaggregatecontainschemicallyunstablemineralssuchassolublesulfates,unstablesulfidesthatmayformsulfuricacidorcreatedistressinconcreteexposedtohightemperaturesduringservice,orvolumetricallyunstablematerialssuchassmectites(formerlyknownasthemontmorillonite-saponitegroupofmineralsorswellingclays).Specificationsmaylimitthequartzcontentofaggregatesforuseinconcretethatmaybesubjecttohightemperature(purposefullyoraccidentally)becauseoftheconversiontobeta-quartzat573x00B0;C(1063x00B0;F),withaccompanyingvolumeincrease.Petrographicexaminationshouldidentifytheportionofeachcoarseaggregatethatiscomposedofweatheredorotherwisealteredparticlesandtheextentofthatweatheringoralteration,whetheritissevere,moderate,orslight,andshoulddeterminetheproportionofeachrocktypeineachcondition.Iftheconcreteinwhichtheaggregatemaybeusedwillbeexposedtofreezingandthawinginacriticallysaturatedcondition,finelyporousandhighlyweatheredorotherwisealteredrocksshouldbeidentifiedbecausetheywillbeespeciallysusceptibletodamagebyfreezingandthawingandwillcausetheaggregateportionoftheconcretetofailinfreezingandthawing.Thiswillultimatelydestroytheconcretebecausesuchaggregatescannotbeprotectedbyadequatelyair-entrainedmortar.Finelyporousaggregatesneartheconcretesurfacearealsolikelytoformpopouts,whichareblemishesonpavementsandwalls.Petrographicexaminationsmayalsobeusedtodeterminetheproportionsofcubic,spherical,ellipsoidal,pyramid........
