【摘要】:1.1Thisspecificationcoversthedesign,manufacture,performance,operation,functioning,andtestingofincineratorsintendedtoincinerategarbageandothershipboardwastesgeneratedduringtheship'snormalservice(thatis,maintenance,operational,domestic,andcargo-associatedwastes).1.2ThisspecificationisacompaniondocumenttoGuideF1322.1.3Thisspecificationappliestothoseincineratorplantswithcapacitiesupto1500kWperunit.1.4AdditionalinformationisgiveninAppendixX1-AppendixX9.1.5Thisspecificationdoesnotapplytosystemsonspecialincineratorships,forexample,forburningindustrialwastessuchaschemicals,manufacturingresidues,etc.1.6Thisspecificationdoesnotaddresstheelectricalsupplytotheunit,northefoundationconnectionsandstackconnections.1.7Thisspecificationdoesnotcoveremissionsrequirements.1.8Thisstandardmayinvolvehazardousmaterials,operations,andequipment.Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.Ifanincineratoristobeoperatedinlittoralregions,thestrictestgoverningregulationsforthosecountriesinwhichtheincineratormayoperatewouldformtherequirementbasis.See5.11.

【摘要】:ThispartofISO6145specifiesamethodforcontinuousproductionofcalibrationgasmixtures,containingtwoormorecomponents,frompuregasesorothergasmixturesbycontinuousinjectionofthecalibrationcomponent(s)intoacomplementarygasstreambymeansofasyringe.Ifpre-mixedgasesareusedinsteadofpuregases(seeAnnexA),muchlowervolumefractionscanbeobtained.Thevolumeflowrates,fromwhichthevolumefractionsaredetermined,canbecalculatedfromtheindividualflowratesandcanbeindependentlymeasuredbyasuitablemethodgiveninISO6145-1.Themeritsofthemethodarethatasubstantialquantityofthegasmixturecanbepreparedonacontinuousbasisandthatmulti-componentmixturescanbepreparedalmostasreadilyasbinarymixturesiftheappropriatenumberofsyringesisutilized,orifthesyringealreadycontainsamulti-componentmixtureofknowncomposition.Thismethodalsoprovidesaconvenientmeansforincreasingthevolumefractionofthecalibrationcomponentinthemixtureinsmallsteps.Itisthereforeausefulmethodforevaluationofothercharacteristicsofgasanalysers,suchasminimumdetectionlimitanddeadzone,aswellasaccuracy.Therelativeexpandeduncertaintyinthevolumefractionobtainableforabinarymixture(atacoveragefactorof2)is5%andtherangeofapplicabilityis10to10.
