【摘要】:ThispartofEN474specifiesthegeneralsafetyrequirementsforearth-movingmachinery1)describedinENISO6165:2006,exceptrollersandhorizontaldirectionaldrill.NOTE1RollersarecoveredbyEN500.NOTE2HorizontaldirectionaldrillarecoveredbyEN791.Thispartalsoappliestoderivativemachinery(see3.1.2)designedprimarilyforusewithequipmenttoloosen,pick-up,move,transport,distributeandgradeearthandrock.Thispartgivesthecommonsafetyrequirementsforearth-movingmachineryfamiliesandisintendedtobeusedinconjunctionwithoneoftheEN474parts2to12.Thesemachinespecificparts(EN474-2to-12)donotrepeattherequirementsfromEN474-1,butaddorreplacetherequirementsforthefamilyinquestion.NOTE3Therequirementsspecifiedinthispartofthestandardarecommontotwoormorefamiliesofearth-movingmachinery.SpecificrequirementsinEN474parts2to12takeprecedenceovertherespectiverequirementsofEN474-1.Formultipurposemachinerythepartsofthestandardthatcoverthespecificfunctionsandapplicationshavetobeusede.g.acompactloaderalsousedasatrenchershallusetherelevantrequirementsofEN474parts1,3and10.Thestandardalsocoversgeneralrequirementsforattachmentsintendedtobeusedwithearthmovingmachinefamiliescoveredinthescope.ThisEuropeanStandarddoesnotdealwiththeelectricalhazardsrelatedtothemaincircuitsanddrivesofmachinerywhentheprincipalsourceofenergyiselectrical.ThisEuropeanStandarddealswithallsignificanthazards,hazardoussituationsandeventsrelevanttoearthmovingmachinery,whenusedasintendedandunderconditionsofmisusewhicharereasonablyforeseeablebythemanufacturer(seeClause4).ThisEuropeanStandardspecifiestheappropriatetechnicalmeasurestoeliminateorreducerisksarisingfromthesignificanthazards,hazardoussituationsandeventsduringcommissioning,operationandmaintenanceofearth-movingmachinery.ThisEuropeanStandardisnotapplicabletoearthmovingmachines,whicharemanufacturedbeforethedateofpublicationofthisEuropeanStandardbyCEN.

【摘要】:ProductdefinitionThisEuropeanStandardcontainstheinitial,startoflifedimensional,optical,mechanicalandenvironmentalperformancerequirementswhichaterminatedandassembledsinglemoderesilientalignmentsleeveLSH-APCsimplexconnectorset(plug/adaptor/plug),adaptorandpatchcordmustmeetinordertobecategorisedasanENstandardproduct.Sincedifferentvariantsandgradesofperformancearepermitted,productmarkingdetailsaregivenin3.5.IntermateabilityOperatingenvironmentThetestsselectedcombinedwiththeseveritiesanddurationsarerepresentativeofacategoryCenvironmentasdefinedinEN61753-1.ReliabilityWhilsttheanticipatedservicelifeexpectancyoftheproductinthisenvironmentis20years,compliancewiththisstandarddoesnotguaranteethereliabilityoftheproduct.Thisshouldbepredictedusingarecognisedreliabilityassessmentprogramme.QualityassuranceCompliancewiththisstandarddoesnotguaranteethemanufacturingconsistencyoftheproduct.Thisshouldbemaintainedusingarecognisedqualityassuranceprogramme.
