【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandardgivescalculationmethodsforassessmentoftheannualenergyuseforspaceheatingandcoolingofaresidentialoranon-residentialbuilding,orapartofit,referredtoas"thebuilding".Thismethodincludesthecalculationof:a)theheattransferbytransmissionandventilationofthebuildingzonewhenheatedorcooledtoconstantinternaltemperature;b)thecontributionofinternalandsolarheatgainstothebuildingheatbalance;c)theannualenergyneedsforheatingandcooling,tomaintainthespecifiedset-pointtemperaturesinthebuilding-latentheatnotincluded;d)theannualenergyuseforheatingandcoolingofthebuilding,usinginputfromtherelevantsystemstandardsreferredtointhisInternationalStandardandspecifiedinAnnexA.Thebuildingcanhaveseveralzoneswithdifferentset-pointtemperatures,andcanhaveintermittentheatingandcooling.Thecalculationintervaliseitheronemonthoronehour.Forresidentialbuildings,thecalculationcanalsobeperformedonthebasisoftheheatingand/orcoolingseason.ThisInternationalStandardalsogivesanalternativesimplehourlymethod,usinghourlyuserschedules(suchastemperatureset-points,ventilationmodesoroperationschedulesofmovablesolarshading).Proceduresaregivenfortheuseofmoredetailedsimulationmethodstoensurecompatibilityandconsistencybetweentheapplicationandresultsofthedifferenttypesofmethod.ThisInternationalStandardprovides,forinstance,commonrulesfortheboundaryconditionsandphysicalinputdata,irrespectiveofthecalculationapproachchosen.SpecialattentionhasbeengiventothesuitabilityofthisInternationalStandardforusewithinthecontextofnationalorregionalbuildingregulations.Thisincludesthecalculationofanenergyperformanceratingofabuilding,onthebasisofstandardizedconditions,foranenergyperformancecertificate.Theresultcanhavelegalimplications,inparticularwhenitisusedtojudgecompliancewithminimumenergyperformancelevels,whichcan,forinstance,berequiredtoobtainabuildingpermit.Forsuchapplications,itisimportantthatthecalculationproceduresbeunambiguous,repeatableandverifiable.Aspecialsituationisthecalculationoftheenergyperformanceinthecaseofoldexistingbuildings,ifgatheringthefullrequiredinputwouldbetoolabour-intensiveforthepurpose,relativetothecost-effectivenessofgatheringtheinput.Inthiscase,itisimportantthatthecalculationproceduresprovidetherightbalancebetweenaccuracyanddatacollectioncosts.Toaccommodatetheapplicationfortheseandothersituations,thisInternationalStandardoffersdifferentchoices.Itisuptonationalbodieswhetherornottochooseaspecificoptionformandatoryuse,e.g.dependingontheregioninthecountry,thetypeofbuildinganditsuse,andonthepurposeoftheassessment.AnnexHprovidessomeinformationontheaccuracyofthemethod.ThisInternationalStandardhasbeendevelopedforbuildingsthatare,orareassumedtobe,heatedand/orcooledforthethermalcomfortofpeople,butcanbeusedforothertypesofbuildingorothertypesofuse(e.g.industrial,agricultural,swimmingpool),aslongasappropriateinputdataarechosenandtheimpactofspecialphysicalconditionsontheaccuracyistakenintoconsideration.NOTE1Forinstance,itcanbeusedwhenaspecialmodelisneededbutismissing.Dependingonthepurposeofthecalculation,itmaybedecidednationallytoprovidespecificcalculationrulesforspacesthataredominatedbyprocessheat(e.g.indoorswimmingpool,computer/serverroomorkitcheninarestaurant).
