MIL-STD-1541A, MILITARY STANDARD: ELECTROMAGNETIC COMPATIBILITY REQUIREMENTS FOR SPACE SYSTEMS (30 DEC 1987)., This standard establishes the electromagnetic compatibility requirements for space systems, including frequency management, and the related requirements for the electrical and electronic equipment used in space systems. It also includes requirements designed to establish an effective ground reference for the installed equipment and designed to inhibit adverse electrostatic effects.

【摘要】:Therearethreetypesofolefinicgroupspresentinsufficientconcentrationstowarrantconsideration,oneormoreofthatcannormallybefoundinanypolyethylene.Thethreetypesaretrans-vinylene,R-CH=CH-Rx2032;,sometimesreferredtoastrans-internalunsaturation;vinylideneorpendentmethylene,RRx2032;C-CH2;andvinylunsaturation,R-CH=CH2,alsoreferredtoasterminalunsaturation.Thetypeandquantityofthesegroupscaninfluencethechemicalandphysicalpropertiesoftheresin.Informationconcerningtheirpresencemayalsobeusedtocharacterizeoridentifyunknownresinsorblendsofresins.Additivesmayinterferewithunsaturationmeasurements.Theuseiscautionedtodeterminewhichadditivesarepresentandifthereanyabsorbancebandscausedbyadditivepresencethatoverlaporinterferewithunsaturationabsorbancebandsusedinthistestmethodintherangeof1050to850cmx2013;1.Ifoverlappingbandsoccur,themethodisnotapplicable.Interferencefringesresultingfromsmoothsamplesurfacescancausemeasurementerrors.Thistestmethodrequirestheuseofaluminumfoilinthecompressionmoldingofsamplestoprovideanadequatelyroughsurfacetominimizeinterferencefringes.1.1Thistestmethodcoversmosttypesofpolyethylene,thoseethyleneplasticsconsistingofethyleneand-olefincomonomerslongerthanpropylene,andblendsoftheaboveinanyratio.1.2ThevaluesstatedinSIunitsaretoberegardedasthestandard.Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.SpecifichazardsstatementsaregiveninSection8.Note18212;ThereisnosimilarorequivalentISOstandard.
