【摘要】:ThispartofIEC60216coversminimumperformancerequirementsforventilatedandelectricallyheatedprecisionovensforthermalenduranceevaluationofelectricalinsulatingmaterialsandotherappropriateapplications.Itcoversovensdesignedtooperateoverallorpartofthetemperaturerangefrom20Kaboveroomtemperatureupto300℃.Twopossiblemethodsofachievingtherequiredperformancearedescribed:a)wheretherequiredperformanceisachievedbyprecisecontroloftemperatureinasimplesinglechamberoven,i.e.upgradedversionsofovensconformingtoIEC60216-4-1,and,otherwise,b)wheretherequiredperformanceisachievedbyutilizingasecondchamber(iso-box),mountedwithinthechamberofasingle-chamberoven,thepurposeofwhichistoreducethemagnitudeofanytemperaturechangestoanacceptablelevelwhilstmaintainingtherequiredlevelsofairchangeandcirculation.NOTE1Experiencehasshownthatemploymentofaniso-boxisaneconomicalandpracticalmeansofmeetingtherequirementsforaprecisionoven.NOTE2Itisrecommendedthataprecisionovenratherthanastandardovenisusedwhentheexpectedhalvingintervalislessthan10K(20khto10kh)inordertoincreasetheprecisionofthemeasuredtemperatureindexandhalvingintervaltoareasonablelevel.

【摘要】:ThispartofISO7093specifiesthecharacteristicsoflarge-series,product-grade-Cplainwashersinthe100HVhardnessclass,ofnominalsizes(nominalthreaddiameters)rangingfrom3mmto36mminclusive.WashersconformingtothispartofISO7093areintendedforuseincaseswheresoftmaterialpiecesaretobeclampedorwheretherearelargeclearanceholesintheworkpiece.Nevertheless,inthelattercase,thesuitabilityofthewasherthicknessshouldbechecked.Washersofhardnessclass100HVaresuitablefor:—hexagonboltsandscrewsofproductgradeCinpropertyclassesuptoandincluding6.8;—hexagonnutsofproductgradeCinpropertyclassesuptoandincluding6;—case-hardenedthreadrollingscrews.IfdimensionsotherthanthoselistedinthispartofISO7093arerequired,theyshouldbeselectedfromthosegiveninISO887.
